At the heart of the Foundrax range are the ATH1 non-optical closed loop Brinell test head and the ATH2 optical closed loop Brinell test head with integral BRINtronic automatic Brinell microscope. The Foundrax BRINtronic is widely accepted as being the most reliable automatic Brinell microscope on the market and is in use all over the world in a variety of formats.

The Modular ATH1 and ATH2 semi and fully automatic Brinell test heads are ideally suited for special purpose hardness tester design and for retrofit to existing hardware

The modular design of the ATH series means that Foundrax are able to offer both standard and special purpose machines without difficulty and can assist in retrofitting either the ATH1 or ATH2 to a customer’s existing Brinell hardness testing frame if required.
