Multifunction Demagnetizing System

Systems capable of applying the following magnetic fields, as well as some combinations of the same, thanks to the controller provided:

• AC magnetic field;
• AC magnetic field with cyclical reverse polarity;
• Unidirectional DC magnetic field;
• Down-ramp AC magnetic field;
• Down-ramp DC magnetic field with cyclical reverse polarity.

The intensity and cycle time of the magnetic fields can be set through the alphanumerical panel, to achieve optimal results. Every program set can be easily stored and recalled. Depending to the type of work piece, the corresponding setup stored is recalled.

The program pages are configured during the controller programming, as to reduce the operator’s workload to the adjustment of the time and value percentage of the magnetic field.
