When the magnetic field must be reduced to a very low level and the com
- ponent is big or complex the standard techniques (AC coils) are not enough.For the most complex cases the coil will generate low-frequency, full-wave or half-wave rectified magnetic fields.
We usually have the standard tunnels ready in stock, and we custom made the special unit on the customer’s requirements.

The touchscreen panel is used to properly select the demagnetization cycle, to store and recall cycle parameters depending on the geometry, material and size of the piece.
Those machines are extremely versatile and allows to demagnetize also in the most difficult cases.
Multifunction Demagnetizing Systems
Capable of apply different magnetic fields, as well as some combinations of the same:
- Alternate (AC) magnetic field for high end superficial demagnetization
- Half wave direct current (HWDC) for difficult to degauss items
- Full wave direct current (HWDC) for deep degaussing
Demagnetizing Systems with Adjustable Frequency
The current intensity and the frequency can be selected at the discretion of the operator and will be effectively provided regardless of the presence or absence of the piece. The process is completely under control.
