Brinell hardness testers for production departments

Hardness testers are instruments designed to measure the hardness of materials and their resistance to penetration. In the Brinell method, for example, the spherical penetrator of the hardness tester is pressed against the surface of the material with a known and specific force. This pressure gives rise to an impression that allows the Brinell hardness, and thus the penetration resistance of the component, to be quantified.

TemaFlux offers an extensive catalog of countertop, portable or fixed tools for production departments. We offer all our expertise to support the client in choosing the hardness tester that is most suitable for their technical needs.

The advantages of our hardness testers

Why use an hardness tester?

Checking the hardness of a material is a key aspect of determining its behaviors in different applications and ensuring that technical requirements are met.

  • Accuracy

Hardness is a parameter that summarizes several characteristics of a material. It is therefore an indicative element in understanding the strength and reliability of a product.

  • Flexibility

TemaFlux markets a wide range of portable or fixed hardness testers that allow you to carry out precise controls in any context and situation.

  • Resistance to production environments

All the hardness testers provided by TemaFlux are designed to be used in production departments. They are therefore highly robust and reliable.
