Customization: we can tailor-make according to specific requirements to ensure perfect adaptability to any operating context

Quality materials: construction in AISI 304 stainless steel and use panels in aluminum-PS sandwich composite material, in order to guarante durability and high performance

Compliance with regulations: we strict adherence to international standards such as ASME Sect. V Art.6, ASTM E1417, ISO 3059 and ISO 3452. Our systems are commonly used in high stakes field, such as IATF and NADCAP certified processes

Simple and practical installation: our stations are to be placed directly on the ground, without the need of any foundations or excavations; most of them are easily movable with a forklift

Ergonomics and accessibility: we can supply rotating tables for parts inspection, with variable dimensions and capacity

Safety and Maintenance:

• Stainless steel liquid collection tank with a valve to facilitate emptying
• Advanced air filtering system with splash protection
• We install a differential pressure gauge to monitor the filters, so you can replace only when needed
• Optimal lighting: LED lights that provide illumination greater than 1,000 lux, if required
• Integrated storage: the PRO series includes dedicated spaces for materials, tools, and various accessories

• Light-out curtain: fire retardant material for optimal darkening of less than 5 or 20 lux, in accordance with standards
• Low-power 365nm UV lights: for a precise verification of the washing of the penetrant
• Environmental thermometer: to monitor ambient temperature
• Digital timers: management of the application times of the liquid penetrant
• Hydraulic system: for parts washing, with different configurations (water or air-water) with pressure and temperature monitor
