Benches and yoke horizontal wet units

The MPI wet benches with “yoke frame” produced and sold by TemaFlux represent the pinnacle of effectiveness in the field of MPI nondestructive testing. Versatility: TemaFlux magnetic benches are ideal for inspecting a variety of ferromagnetic material parts (steel and cast iron primarily), including stampings, forgings, castings, stampings and machined parts. Their effectiveness in finding cracks, breakages, rolling, welding and other defects makes them an essential in industries tool such as the steel, automotive, aviation, rail, shipbuilding and chemical sectors.

Contact heads in copper or braids: the two contact heads, one of which is fixed and the other can be positioned manually or automatically, allow precise adjustment to the length of the workpiece being tested. Contact bearings in copper braid or flameproof material optimize electrical contact.

Precise adjustment: setting the test power is based on the expected magnetizing current (Amperes) to ensure safe and reliable testing. This adjustment is considerably simplified compared to traditional magnetic pallets, which required complex adjustments using standard  analog potentiometers.

Interconnection: our magnetic benches are equipped with a remote connection system for remote diagnostics.

Magnetic field containment: the “yoke” frameof the magnetic circuit allows the majority of the delivered magnetic field to be retained within the machine itself, minimizing operator exposure to magnetic fields.

Ideal for short or stubby pieces: the yoke closure system is particularly suitable for inspection of components with low L/D ratios, difficult to inspect with classic coil systems.
